At Stone & Silk we offer a bespoke service specifically designed to meet your exact requirements and expectations. We prefer to be involved early on with our clients and therefore work closely with you to agree a precise brief and define the project objectives.

Once you are happy to move forward, we put together a team of skilled and talented professionals specifically for the project. The team may include a combination of any or all of the following: Architect, Interior Designer, Planning Consultant, Project Manager, Structural Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Party Wall Surveyor, Home Entertainment Consultant, Specialist Lighting Designer and Landscape Designer.

We start construction work with a pre-agreed fixed-price contract. From this point on you can be involved in the project as much or as little as you like, knowing that the team is totally focussed on delivering your vision for your home.
