Alastair is a Director of Stone & Silk and is responsible for marketing, securing new business and nurturing the relationship between the company and clients. Alastair has been involved in building and restoration in central London for over 25 years and has a deserved reputation for integrity and transparency in dealing with clients and business contacts. Alastair advises clients on the setting up and implementation of refurbishment projects and provides continuing consultation and support throughout and beyond the duration of each scheme.

Fraser is a Director of Stone & Silk and an experienced Project Manager. He specialises in delivering a superior pre-contract service which includes establishing project objectives, developing project programmes, pricing tenders and coordinating the professional team. Once on site, Fraser ensures that all suppliers and subcontractors maintain their focus and liaises with the client to deliver projects of the highest quality finish.

Jakub is a Director of Stone & Silk and an accomplished Project Manager. He is an experienced joiner in his own right and his background provides invaluable skills in delivering schemes of the highest specification to an exceptional finish. Jakub establishes and executes the logistics plan and programme for each project and he is also responsible for recruiting and managing all site personnel on a day-to-day basis.

Katy trained as a Quantity Surveyor and has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years. Her experience in business, project management and development from both the contractor and client perspective, provide her with the ideal background from which to advise at both project and strategic levels. Her all round expertise allows us to maintain an effective and balanced approach to our clients and their projects.

Darryn started his career in architecture and has a wealth of experience in the building industry. He has project managed commercial and retail developments as well as high-end residential new build and restoration projects. As Project Manager, Darryn plays a pivotal role on site in the successful day to day operation of our sites.

Sally is your first point of contact and is fundamental to the smooth running of the office. She ensures that Stone & Silk and its personnel function efficiently and effectively. Her particular area of expertise is in marketing and she is involved in every aspect of the promotion of Stone & Silk as a company.

Renata is responsible for the day to day running of our finance department. She is the interface between the company and subcontractors, suppliers and site-based tradesman. Renata’s organisational and technical skills make her an essential contributor to the Stone & Silk team.

Adam is responsible for our after care and maintenance service. An accomplished all round tradesman, he liaises directly with our clients providing continuing support and ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to the highest standards.
